Three stops. Four styles. Two world-decorated pizzerias.
You'll start with bar pie and Chicago deep dish at Johnny Mo's, head to MOTO for the Detroit-style pizza that just won World Champion at the International Pizza Expo, and finish at Niles Peacock for the New York–style pizza that took Best Pizza in America at the 2023 Galbani U.S. Pizza Cup.
Along the way, Matt — your guide and Pizza University graduate — walks you through fermentation, oven types, and the difference between every style you taste.

Edmonds Ferry to Sourdough Willy's
Walk on the Edmonds ferry to Kingston and meet the third corner of the Pizza Triangle: Sourdough Willy's, home of Will Grant — the only American ever to win the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Pizza World Cup in Rome.
We'll cross the water with a view of the Olympics. We'll work through five distinct styles of pizza in one of the most decorated kitchens in American pizza. You'll come home with a notebook full of facts you didn't know you wanted.
