From dishwasher to general manager to corporate trainer for an international pizza chain with over 500 locations - Matt's spent over a decade obsessing over pizza. He's a Pizza University grad, an instructor at Table for 12, and an annual Pizza Expo attendee. And he'll be the one running your tour, teaching your class, hosting your event.
